Carrot Fertility enables you to access doula care through your employee benefits, and I am happy to say I am part of their network.

Carrot is a global fertility and family-forming benefits platform that many employers offer as part of their health benefits package. Through Carrot, eligible members can receive reimbursement for a wide range of fertility and family support services—including doula care.

What Services Can You Book With Me Through Carrot?

I’ve been officially approved by Carrot to provide the following services:

Antenatal Support: Taking you through the labour and birth in a way that enables you to explore your options and make informed choices.
Birth Doula Support: Emotional, physical, and informational support before,during and after the birth of your baby.
Postnatal Doula Support: Day time - Helping ease your transition into parenthood, including newborn care, feeding support, and emotional wellbeing.
Postnatal Doula Support: Night time - Helping you get a good night's rest so you are recharged and ready for the day ahead.
Pregnancy Loss Support Sensitive, compassionate care during miscarriage, stillbirth, or termination. Holding space for grief and healing.

How to Book Me Using Your Carrot Benefit

Booking my services through Carrot is simple. Here’s how it works:

Get in Touch Reach out to me directly. We’ll arrange a free no obligation meeting to talk about your needs and how I can best
support you.
Receive a Service Agreement Once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll send over a service agreement outlining what’s included and the associated fees.
Make Payment (If Required) Carrot works on a reimbursement model, so you may need to pay me directly and then submit your invoice to Carrot for reimbursement through your employer's benefits portal.
No Additional Forms Needed Because I’ve already been approved by Carrot, there’s no need to fill out any extra attestation forms. If your HR or benefits team has questions, they can reach out to Carrot Support directly at support@get-carrot.com.
Submit for Reimbursement Upload your invoice or receipt from me to Carrot’s platform. They’ll verify the eligibility and process your reimbursement according to your company’s benefit terms.
