Birth Trauma Resolution
If you have experienced a previous traumatic labour and/or birth the effects of that experience can impact your day to day living as well as your thoughts around having more children. Replaying the event in your mind or trying to avoiding the memory all together can result in anxiety, anger, fear, sadness or perhaps an over whelming feeling of helplessness or failure.
The 3 step rewind technique uses elements of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and relaxation to enable you to reframe and process the memory which in turn will help restore your emotional wellbeing.
This will take place over the course of three sessions each taking around one hour and takes place in the comfort and safety of your own home.
