Hypnobirthing
I am a member of The Mindful Birth Group®, The Mindful Natal® courses are for all births choices and all paths to parenthood- we are the first fully inclusive course provider that offers live support throughout pregnancy to the fourth postnatal trimester. During the course I will prepare you with the tools and techniques needed to enhance your overall experience. We will explore the connection between the mind and body through deep relaxation and breathing techniques and look at ways to create a positive mindset.
This five star rated course on TrustPilot is dubbed by parents as “a modern alternative to NCT”. The Mindful Birth Group® is changing the landscape of antenatal education by being the only course provider to support parents throughout pregnancy through to the first year post-birth with Mindful Natal® courses and the PregnaHub®.
I teach the course in a variety of ways to suit your individual needs:
-
Group course setting
-
Private face to face course in the comfort of your home.
-
Online, over zoom.
Taking your Mindful Natal® course with me means that you automatically gain access to the one-of-a-kind support package. We recommend you book your course for around 26-30 weeks of your pregnancy but it is never too early or too late to learn. The course packages include everything you need to prepare for birth and beyond.
