Birth Option session, 2hrs.
A useful session in addition to antenatal classes you may have already had.
These sessions are for anyone who has been classed as “high risk” having additional risk factors. They are also beneficial for anyone unsure about which hospital to choose or who may be contemplating a home birth. During this session we will discuss all your options, enabling you to decide what will work best for you. We will put together a birth preference document, which you can then talk through with your midwife or consultant. Ongoing support is available via phone and email.
Life with a newborn, 3hrs.
Designed to prepare you for the first few weeks of life as a new parent. Preparing and learning skills ahead of the birth will help make the transition to parenthood a little easier. This session is designed around your personal needs and takes place in the comfort of your own home on a day and time that suits.
